I hated reading in school. Every single must-read book was a constant moan for me. 

I still find it hard to understand why kids are pressured reading books they do not have an interest in.

I remember the very first time I read my first article in the field of nutrition.

Even single blog post felt confusing and alien to me. You know for a woman who used to finish the nights off in McDonald's and attempted to care for herself the next day with a piece of bread topped with sour cream...

Why? to overcome that hangover!

Turning to nutrition and taking a 180 degrees turn...Yes, it was a biggie for me! It still is. 
 

it's your time now

At the start of my health journey, I made fun of my only friend who already embarked on the journey of, I call, "respecting my body". I couldn't help the feeling of boredom and annoyance when I listened to her lectures about smoothies and clean eating. 

Little I knew back then!

One day I woke up and found myself reflecting on my current state of health, both physical and mental. I decided to take action.

I read one book after another. I couldn't stop reading about health topics and the physiology of the human body.

While I very much enjoyed the content of these articles, I have also found myself foreign to jargons; and lacked focus by the end of the lengthy articles.

In my mind, reading should be fun, inspiring, informative, and give you some sort of value that motivates you to make a change.

For the better, of course:)


So...I am aiming to create hunger in you to learn more about how the human body works. The more you know, the more clarity you have over why choose one food over another one.
